How Production and Contracting Are Confirmed
Production may be arranged through an approved manufacturing partner for the selected SKU. The production route and contracting entity responsible for an order are confirmed in the quotation, proforma invoice or order documents. We do not ask buyers to rely on a blanket claim that every catalogue item is made in one owned factory.
1. Select and Sample
Share the product format, target market, colors, quantity, packaging and destination. Review a product-matched sample before bulk approval.
2. Approve the Specification
Record the material, measurement method, weight basis and tolerance, shade, package, QC points and commercial terms in writing.
3. Confirm and Inspect
Confirm production or stock allocation, dispatch timing and transit separately. Compare bulk goods with the approved sample and specification.

Evidence Available for Product Review
Request the actual SKU sample from the front and back, cap interior when relevant, fiber close-up, weight check, length measurement, packaging and inspection record. Generic supplier catalogue images are not presented as original Velora sample evidence.
